I deal with ltl all day every day. Can't tell you how many terrible experiences I've had with unnamed companys ...SAIA (cough cough) FRONTLINE (cough)... Sorry lil' cough there! When I pick my carriers, it's based solely on performance, and R+L gets top marks from me.
