Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Ordered 22 December with no expectation of delivery for Christmas but as of 4 jan still not even a delivery notice... nothing... tried calling and emailing with no response. 8 jan suddenly the tracker says the package has shipped to the courier and has been there in Toronto ever since. got an email from Oscar who was just plain dismissive saying there was a disclaimer that it wasn't guaranteed before Christmas and since it is after Christmas now there couldn't be a refund as they haven't broken any of their hidden disclaimers? rude and curt email and no response to asking to raise a complaint or speak to a manager... now reading these reviews i'm not surprised. Called courier and they are just as bad! probably the same company!!! £150 GONE. UPDATED. it finally arrived at the end of January with NOTHING that was described and out of date items. CRAP. just CRAP.
