I worked with Sunny as my sales representative. She was a pleasure to work with and very friendly. She was extremely knowledgeable on how the system works and had answers to all of my questions. Not to mention Sunnys manager working to get me and my wife a wonderful interest rate. I also got to work with Jacob as my water softener installer. Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable of his job. After the was installed, I noticed a small leak. I contacted Jacob and he came back to address the issue.
