Spoke to Laura today on support and what stood out for me was her intent natural nature to want to do the best in the framework of what I was trying to achieve if that makes sense.. It wasn't a case of how quickly can we get this done and onto the next, instead it was how about we try this or how about we call it that.. She was also very patient and listened to all the ins and outs of my enquiries.. It could have gone the other way, how about have you read the pdf guide, faq or used the online spasimodo ai bot yet? know what I mean.. SBF have got it right, good old fashioned service where everything is known 1st time when asked I actively asked if I could write a glowing email to perhaps her boss which she said she would prefer a trustpilot review.. so here we are.. Been using these guys for my phoneline for over a year, I personally recommend them based on my actual real life dealings with them.. Not being funny or anything but let's have it right, UK customer support is key, if I had to deal with people with accents from a 3rd world country 5000 miles away there is definitely that barrier there sometimes so it is refreshing to talk to UK support As my business grows and needs increase there is a bolt on to cover that..
