Worse company I ever dealt with!
This company is so ridiculous and is really delaying me in a lot of ways as the application is a long process and I have had multiple I mean ALOT of issues during my application process from the beginning. And still is having issues trying to close the application because of all of the issues I’m having. From transunion messing up my credit report and then finally fixing and updating my credit report yesterday to the miss communication and it taking a full week for someone to finally contact me regarding my application because it’s no way for me to call the screening team directly to the income of it taking more then 48 hours to verify the his employment when I provided the updated offer letter I was told over the phone to provide my offer letter but never once was told that my employer has to email this company for verification the man I spoke to told me 2 days later instead of telling me upfront about this and it’s just a lot of time being stalled and a lot of delaying on this process to be able to get in home I have submitted my application DECEMBER 7th and it is now DECEMBER 21st it is way passed my move in date and my application still hasn’t been resolved because of something that was not discussed to me this has been a frustrating and delaying process to me and it isn’t fair how I’m being handled it’s no way for me to get in contact with the screening team directly to resolve the issues it’s no way to get in contact with a supervisor to resolve my issues and it seems like my issues with never get resolved I will do my best to make complaints and make the courts aware of them this company is not being raned right and something has to be done with this company!
