I would give minus rating
I would give minus rating, for their customer service. Different people say different things, its no point they record the calls, if you ask them to what was agreed before, plainly deny and say they cant access the calls. On moving from rental property, i was short of 2 months to complete 1 year, and they deduct 100 euro from gas and electricity account. I was adviced on initial contract that because it is a rental property, i would not be charged, if i left the property. (i would be charged only if i switched to different supplier within the property). Do not trust their services. I had rang 10 days ahead to ask what the procedure to end contract, and was told nothing to do. After ending the contract, they said your final bill will be sent to the previous address because you didnt call with the meter reading. When i offered to give my address, he says you have to call back in couple of days when the bill is geneated, to be dispatched. Disgusting nonsense system of a process! The world is so much ahead of this slothful process!
