Does not wash the car thoroughly. Leaves dirt behind.

Used triple foam to have the car washed thoroughly. found lot of places where the dirt was not cleaned. I am so glad i did not go for wax because it would have applied the wax on top of the dirt. Contacted the company. So far no response.
