Absolutely terrible customer service my…
Absolutely terrible customer service my delivery of a expensive top end ebike had been damaged by the courier and trying to co operate with the company has been terrible currently massively out of pocket and have nothing to show for it! The manger had called me at 12am and said he’d ring again at 1:30pm to discuss the situation but now it’s currently ten till 4 and I have no call back or no answer to my calls or emails. Don’t waste your time with this firm extremely disappointed!
