Very very bad customer service
Bass Arrived on time ok but... I bought the bass online, then released a few days earlier received a 5% discount voucher through email. I phoned up the next day to see if you could apply the discount, but was told the bass had been processed for no. Frankly having bought 2 basses off you well over grand in a day and age of IT, it seems pathetic that you you couldn't just reimburse me the 5% to my card, given you can do returns. Very poor indeed
