Have returned from grand tour of Australia. Titan unable to seat us together on 17 hr flight. And not concerned. Arrived Perth to meet “experienced tour guide” only to learn that our guide has never done it previously can’t speak proper English as she is Italian. No promised porterage as paid for. Constant errors being told to get ready for a flight an hour after it would have departed. Being told to bring towels to a cruise no chance of swimming here. Itinerary changing daily items promised only to be withdrawn an hour later. In short a dreadful tour guide who tried to cut and paste the entire trip on her iPhone got it wrong numerous times and titans answer offer £200 off next £17000 booking
