The delivery drivers rang hour before they arrived, and when they got here I live in an appointment so they helped get this to room of my choice very friendly. The mattress was perfect exactly as it was described ordered this on 27th June and it arrived today 2nd July very pleased. Everything I order from Debenhams always comes on time great value for money I would definitely recommend this product and service
