Awesome response to breakdown.
We decided to rent an older car through BRC rather than a new one through the companies at the airport to save money. A couple of days into our holiday the car developed a coolant leak, 3 hours away from their depo. I called to see what i needed to do. They asked if I could wait 10 minutes while they worked out a plan. They called me back 10 minutes later to let me know they would have a replacement car delivered to us, where we were, the same day I called. I don't think you could ask for better service than that. While the breakdown was inconvenient we had chosen an older car to save money so I guess it goes with the territory. The important thing is we were not left stranded. I'm very happy with the service.
