The cheapside store in Preston Lancs is the worse managed store I've ever seen, there are six check outs and only one is used huge queues and customers leaving full baskets of goods on the floor and walking out, staff stood around gossiping and on their mobiles, the Capital Centre store is not much better. The staff need to be reminded that customers are paramount to employment......no customer...no employment
