Horrid
This company is horrible. I have been calling and submitting maintenance requests for months. Nothing has been fixed. They leave you on hold forever, and then tell you they will call you back. No one will call you back. There is mold in my house, the ceiling is caving in, and the doors do not close. But none of this is considered emergency maintenance.
