the policy’s coverage period wasn’t clearly explained when I bought it, so I didn’t know I had to purchase it within a certain timeframe for it to work. To improve, it would be helpful if the company made the coverage details more obvious upfront and communicated better during the claims process. Being a bit more flexible with genuine, unforeseen issues like mine would also go a long way in improving customer satisfaction.
