On arrival we contacted them, they provided very good instructions on how to get to the pick up point. The shuttle arrived very soon after. Processing at their office was prompt, the car was ready, our luggage loaded. We were advised of the optimum route to the motorway south. When returning the car, again very efficient, with shuttle waiting to take us to the airport. All in all very pleased and readily recommend.
