Red pocket’s poor and dishonorable service
Red pocket used to be good. But over the last couple years they have become progressively worse. Very poor customer service with such difficulty understanding them. It takes so long to achieve any resolution to a problem that I have memorized their ‘on-hold’ tune! The latest fiasco is that I cancelled a line on our account to find out that a month later they charged us for that line. I went to our account and found it had been reactivated. They said they can’t give a refund because it is more than 7 days since the charge!! But they charged us without authorization on a closed line! Crazy and very wrong.
