Best way to explore Scotland
Best way to explore Scotland. We adored our VW Caddy. We hired the Caddy in Edinburgh for 5 weeks, and en route, asked to extend it for a further week as we were enjoying camping in it so much. We chose to supply our own bedding and bought a cheap table and chairs as well, so we pretty much hired the vehicle 'as is'. We found the bed super comfortable and everything you could think of was provided. The fuel efficiency was superb, and when we had questions they were answered quickly by Spaceships. I was a little wary when we booked that so much had to be paid up front, but all went well and the check in worked fine. We met 4 other Spaceships in camping grounds in our 6 week Scottish adventure and I asked them all how they found their Caddy's and everyone said they loved them. So great to have something that is easy to park and easy to drive on those narrow scottish single lane roads.
