Damaged product / difficult communication
Communicating with Oesh was frustrating - it was difficult to get a straight answer when I enquired about sizing, etc. - and they are so gushy about their company / products, continually reminding me how wonderful their shoes are, which was annoying. I bought the Townies, which are attractive and comfortable - although they arrived with a smudge on the fabric and (more importantly) a snag in the delicate crocheted material. I sent a photo to Oesh, who wrote back saying 'our workers try to do their best' and 'there are always minor imperfections'. They deemed it okay to sell a shoe with a snag in the fabric, and weren't open to rectifying the problem. Given the high price point, I think that's unacceptable.
