Somehow Auto Renewal was enabled for my prepaid XS bundle. One of many tries to disable it via chatbot ended with uncertainty - did I success or not Then I tried multiple times to check the status via chat with live assistant and all these chats end with: - Let me check and pull up your account. - Since there is no response on the other line I'm going to disconnect this chat! Thank you for contacting Lycamobile. Three times like this Finally was able to reach support via phone and it took 15minutes to get confirmation Auto Renewal is disabled (but I am not sure, will see, the case is registered as 107218387)
