Suspending/Deactivating accounts without a valid reason
After receiving burned food, I complained to Mr. D. They provided me with an R50.00 coupon, just to suspend my account after that and when I did an inquiry, they advised my account has been deactivated due to "coupon abuse and hoax ordering"!! What on earth is that in anyway? After being a client for 10 years... Highly disappointed in the way they treated this.
