Praise for Lextons
Right from the start, they presented as a very professional, organised and knowledgeable company. Their'pitch' was that they offered a different and more modern approach to house selling, and this proved to be the case. Within a week they had produced a very classy presentation of our house and secured some dozen viewings. Within 2 weeks we had an asking price offer. Unfortunately this fell through due to the buyer's I'll health. However, later that day they had arranged another raft of viewings and 2 days later secured a second asking price offer, which has progressed to a sale. All this is after having been with a local estate agent for 9 months without any hint of an offer! Their involvement did not end there. Throughout the whole process they continued to be very supportive, regularly checking on the state of the chain, giving good advice and during the exchange process , which was not without it's problems, working tirelessly to resolve the issues that arose. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Every member of the staff I have dealt with have been fantastic.
