We have lived in the home for 6 months…
We have lived in the home for 6 months paying over 1k in rent and have a ton of issues. One being an active sewer issue that keeps us from using the bathroom in our own home!!!! The second issue is an active water line in the kitchen that i can not use the water in the kitchen at all or it will flood the kitchen. I have called and wrote several emails. Had to pretend to be the owner to get one of you to even answer the phone. But its okay. The owner, Clearwater Code Enforcement and my lawyer are all involved and maybe, just maybe ill finally get a home that my children can live in. Yall are a scam of a company.
