Happy to have Metta manage my property
I am an owner occupier in a 24-flat property that was built in 2002. Metta have recently taken over the property management of my block and I am seriously impressed by the changes they have been introducing, principally with the successful implementation of "MyBlockman", which is an online (password protected) portal that enables residents to view service charge account information, as well as building notices that before had to be photocopied multiple times and then manually inserted into letterboxes. Abby, Rhianna and Lauren, at Metta, have a great can-do attitude and have even introduced an out-of-hours phone number for residents to use in case of an emergency. I highly recommend Metta Property Management.
