The worst customer service ever received
The worst service ever received. 3 hrs on the phone yesterday over the space of 5 calls only to be “transfered to pay monthly” which never answers and goes dead. All i want to do is port my number and i cannot get any help whatsoever. The foreign people manning the helpdesk dont even talk over the phone. They stay silent saying the phone is breaking up when its clearly not. No customer service. If no help within the next few days am deleting lyca completely. This is utterly unacceptable to see the same terrible frustrating practices and complaints on facebook 7 years ago still happening today in 2025. I am making a video for youtube . These practices over 7 years have to come out in the open. So frustrating!!
