Dårlig avslutning på kundeforhold

Sa opp forhåndsbetalt 1-årsabonnement i dag, 8. januar. Jeg har forhåndsbetalt til og med 17. februar. Likevel må jeg nå betale ut HELE februar. Ikke snakk om én måneds oppsigelse der, altså, eller avslutning når abonnementet egentlig skal opphøre av seg selv. Ekstra cash i kassa til Xplora og en dårlig avslutning på et kundeforhold.
