Non-delivery of mattress
The mattress was due to be delivered on 28 October but arrived damaged. A replacement was supposed to have been delivered week commencing 4 November, but I received no information regarding this. I contacted REM-Fit on 4 November asking for an update. I received a reply the following day saying the matter would be expedited. As of today I've not received any updates.
