Good, but could be better

In terms of giving me access to all of the best restaurants in my neighborhood, delivery.com is a 5 star site. However, my 3 star review stems from their awful and completely useless customer service. I tried using my friend's code for $7 of free food, and was having trouble using the code. I called their customer service, and they said they $7 goes through for the second transaction. Okay, fine. I try ordering again, and have the same issue. I call customer service, and this rep tells me that I have to use it the first time. So I basically lost out on my credit, and my friend lost out as well, because she would have received $7 as well for me using her code. I call customer service again, and the rep I spoke to acted as if I was bothering her or being rude for inquiring about my credit. I don't think it's rude to expect to receive my credit, when that is exactly what a website advertises. If it wasn't for the restaurants they work with, I would never even use the site - because I prefer to give my money to people who appreciate my business.
