What out if you pickup after hour
Hired a corolla from Auckland Airport, the car was reliable, but a bit hiccup with after hours service. There is an extra charge as our flight arrived just after midnight. which was ok, but as we followed the instruction to dial 10 from the information desk at the airport, no pick the first couple of times. Eventually it was answered, but had difficulty understanding as it was heavily accented. We were instructed to go to bus stop and wait for the vent. We waited a good 25 mins but no Mint van come by, other vans came and gone many times. So we went back to information desk and ring again, they told us that there was no mint van at that hour, just get on one of the airport transfer bus! Only If they had told us at the start. We complain to guy at the office when we pick up the car, he said he doesn’t know anything!
