Warnings, don’t use them
I would’ve given a minus 5 if I could, the most terrible supplier ever! We were charged 400 pounds for 3 months ESTIMATED usage of a 2 people’s flat in summer time. While with Octopus we only paid around 70 a month. No communication on delaying our switch until I found out myself after 2 weeks of contracted date, no assistance in accessing my MyWatts account, just kept saying “nothing is wrong please rest assured”! The customer service is non existent, when they don’t know how to or don’t want to proceed, they just completely ignore you. I would warn anybody who considers using this supplier, you don’t want to waste your money and time on their horrendous service, it’s not even cheap!!
