Still no fridge
Update on my review from several weeks ago. It is October 18th and I still have not had my fridge replaced. I was told the replacement was ordered on September 29. Also, the only response I received was on here. I have been emailing my property manager for week with no response. For the record, the only reason my water was fixed was because I called the vendor myself & had them come out. Great Jones had nothing to do with getting this fixed. Tell me how you can respond to my review, but not contact me personally to help fix all these issues??? I would like corporate to contact me ASAP.
