Boiler repair/service - no work done, but they look for money
I ordered a boiler repair (as no hot water, but heating was working). The technician came in and acknowledged that the boiler was broken (I showed him two parts that I assumed were not working properly, and he didn't check anything else). He advised to buy a new boiler and left. He did not do any other checks (nor pipes, nor rads, nor the rest part of the boiler, nothing), he didn't leave any report or notes. He was in the house for max of 15 mins. Then I received a bill of 99euro. Customer support insisted that he did a full check and was at my house 47 mins.
