FIX online ordering!!!!!!!!
First thing....FIX online ordering. I've tried to place two separate orders today. First one I had to end up calling company cause the store people can't answer questions. Second order I had to Xout of the app and use the internet (hope I don't get hacked). I've used Joann's for years and because I have mobility issues the curbside pick-up is great...once you can get the order placed. They know they have you at their mercy...we don't have a lot of options. I'm pretty frustrated right now.
