Will never this company again!
Will never this company again! I placed an order last week which hasn't been received. After calling them Lululemon/UPS claim the package was delivered on the 01/09/2022. Luckily we have extensive CCTV footage of our premises, the UPS driver turns into the bottom of our road pauses for a second then proceeds to turn around and drive back off. Not so much as getting out of his vehicle, let alone attempting delivery. I called again offering to furnish Lululemon with video as evidence to which they weren't at all interested in, I also stated that this purchase was made for a holiday this weekend and that I desperately needed replacements sent out. They said that they couldn't do this and that I would have to order them again, which for me is completely unreasonable. I will not be throwing anymore of my hard earned money at a company that treats customers like this and uses fraudulent courier companies where drivers can seemingly drive off with other peoples goods without any fear of reprisal!
