DON'T PAY FOR NEXT-DAY DELIVERY.
Don't pay the extra charge for next-day delivery. The courier firm (Hermes) have not delivered my parcel when they should have. As a consumer, PAYING for next day delivery should mean EXACTLY that. Otherwise, refund my money. Not impressed.
