Rude, Deceptive and Untrained
I called several times over the last week to report several issues, including the inability to set up my voicemail (despite following instructions) and to call Canada (both landline and mobile). The customer service was absolutely poor. Unbelievable!!! The last agent (Jay in the Philippines), after securing three different IDs (the same ones as his previous four colleagues, proceeded to ask for the IMEI number AND refused to move forward unless he could IDENTIFY me....by the IMEI number. I found all of them rude, deceptive, and untrained. Bear in mind that this included several network resets and time while travelling cross-border. They all, with no exception, without provocation, seemed to disdain the customer.
