A few issues here that taint what could be a great product...

Nice product but delivery was shoddy and whilst emails are responded to, responses are curt and slow. My scooter arrived with damaged paint but as I had wheeled it out of the garage ("used it" - literally 3 meters and not ridden) I was told that they couldn't verify that it was damaged on arrival. My advice is video opening the box and inspecting it or you could end up with the same problem. Also, BEWARE, if you lock the scooter with the App anyone with a mobile can pair to the scooter and unlock it. I queried this and was told that the PIN feature had been disabled until sometime in the future. This has not been communicated to customers. I wonder how many people think they are locking their scooter but, actually anyone can unlock it. This is really poor which combined with above gives 1*. Beware.
