I started my Real Estate career at Townends and I couldn't of asked for a better agency to start at. They were very thorough in teaching me how everything works. Bethany and Carlo were especially good. They are a big family and are very knowledgeable in their area. I have never met nicer Directors of a company, they made sure I was fully supported throughout my stay at Townends which definitely left a lasting impression. There is loads of support, a great work-life balance, room for progression and a good commission structure. Great company and staff, highly recommend.
