Big inconvenience
Ordered 20 kg of dog food with home delivery. The package was delivered to a pick up point and even though I contacted zooplus for help I have to go and pick it up. I imagine it costs them next to nothing to order a "new" delivery attempt. Unacceptable! If I knew they would bamboozle me like this I would order from someone else instead. Now I have to go pick it up with a broken arm. Thanks zooplus, I won't be returning.
