Instruct one, get passed to another
You think, you are instructing My Home Move, but once you instruct them. You get assigned to a subsidiary company called Premier Property Lawyers. Premier by name, but not by nature! Premier Property Lawyers are only interested in adding extra fees (none of which are necessary). They don't listen or work in the interest of the client. Their communication in terms of effectiveness is poor. They made a straightforward transaction very stressful.
