Been trying to get through to Vivid since 8.30am this morning,to report NO hot water,low water pressure in a new boiler yet again.Still tried for third time,wait another 25-30 minutes on their pathetic automated service Their state Vivid always on hand,worst lying scumbags I have ever dealt with.4 hours later,boiler still not been repaired,no hot water or heating.Vivid clearly don't care about people with Chronic disabilities.Been over 11 hours now,boiler still not repaired,no heating,shows that Vivid have no care for it's tenants.24 hours after first phone call,still no hot water or heating,Vivid tenants,especially those with disabilities are treated like S__T!!!Still no hot water or heating,48 hours now,all you get is a pack of lies from the receptionists,last time boiler went down,repaired within 8 hours.Incompetent company.They 54 hours now since my boiler stopped working,still not repaired.Actually got boiler repaired after 4 days.
