Very impressed with my Bibo unit

Very impressed with my Bibo unit. Installation went a bit wonky. I received an engineer appointment but when they attended, the unit hadn't arrived. I had assumed the engineer would bring it with him but that wasn't the case. Customer services were helpful and made sure the unit arrived within 48 hours of the glitch. The engineer left me with the main part of the installation completed (the bit I couldn't have done myself) and left me with specific instructions as to completing the install on a diy basis. It was entirely straightforward and no issue for me. I'm sure if I hadn't been confident, customer services would have looked after me. All in all a good experience and delighted with the machine. It takes some time to get used to not putting the kettle on though!
