Worst quality and return policy ever!
Received a bike with a bad part and after ten emails with pictures and all with customer service and constantly being told it was my fault from damage during assembly, I resulted in paying a local bike shop to repair it. Worse return policy ever... Out of pocket cost to ship back and you are asked to assemble as shipped, including wrapping all the metal parts seperately do they don't touch.... All this after you have already assembled the bike and taken everything out. And even if, it's only for them to confirm if it's covered by the warranty which given their ten emails, they ensure in advance it won't be and it will be considered your damage during assembly. Don't do it, even if the same bike costs less here, just read how many reviews of people have said the same, wish I had read these before too!!!
