Stay away to avoid stress and disappointment; the worst company and customer service! They deserve no stars at all. They've been overcharging me for over a year with estimated bills (even though they are legally required to take actual meter reads at least once a year); I don't have access to the meter so couldn't have submit it myself. After I closed the account I have been trying for months to get a refund that I'm due. They said 6 weeks, it's been over 3 months. Customer service are blaming accounts department and the other way round leaving poor clients in limbo. I wish somebody like Consumer Protection Commissioner looked into their practices as their treatment of customers is appalling.
