Poor quality, pushy customer service avoiding refund
The quality of the product was poor and so I requested to return it. I bought the item from here through Debenhams not realising it was a 3rd party selling. It took 4 emails to request a return and refund. They lept offering me discounts despite me saying I did not want the item. They kept ignoring my request and trying to bargain with me. It was very frustrating and a waste of both our time. I felt they were very pushy trying to avoid having to give a refund. In the end they told me to keep the product and refunded me but not I have the item to get rid of which is a pain as it it bulky and I don't have transport. They also kept a de3lovery fee. The product was nothing pike the picture. Avoid buying from Berkfield Home.
