Should be NIL! What has happened to caring for the customer . No one in Lloyds bank wants to own a problem . You get passed from one person to another - they loose the thread between Lloyds / Halifax and the bank of Scotland it seems - and now lose your money ! I have been trying to move money from an ISA to a stocks and shares ISA - for 44 days - and phone everyday for a couple of hours - no one can identify who can action it apart from the processing team who can only be contacted by them via email …. And clearly do not read emails ! Surely there is a human in charge who can step in to make things happen?? Obviously not - on 6 ocassions I have been told it will take 2-4 days . This totalled 3 weeks - each time I called to chase - even their departments chased internally and nothing happened . Now at last after 44 days the money has left the account and unfortunately disappeared !!!! £10k of my money has gone off for Christmas it seems ….. No phone calls received over the whole period . Banking should be done with integrity and trust - avoid Lloyds bank
