Poor quality, hot cheese, missing items, late delivery, no customer service
In response to Hazelton's response 27 minutes ago : I reported the missing items and the damaged items within 12 days of the gift basket being delivered. I tried to report it sooner, but no one picked up the customer service lines. I sent photos as requested. On top of the damaged items, four items were MISSING and your response was, "we reserve the right to substitute!" You have responded to my review 2.5 months after I posted it and not to my emails back in early January. Your response is a joke and based on similar reviews I've read here, what you're doing is fraud and I'm surprised you haven't been shut down yet. Original review below : I'd ordered a $180 gift basket in a wicker basket. It came in a broken box. The cheese was hot. Four items were missing with no replacements. Tried contacting customer service, sent photos as requested and there has been no response in over a week. I've waited 15 minutes to speak to a CS rep, but no one picked up in that time. There are better options out there for the US as I have subsequently discovered. Try Harry and David or Stonewall Kitchen.
