Nott a pleasant company to get decent customer service from! Be warned!

Have been playing multiple games from this company online (Sherlock, Jewels of the Wild West, Jewls of Rome, Jewlels of Egypt) for ages and as I became more engrossed in the games I started making purchases of "jewels" to speed up my gameplay. However, last year, having beeing playing for about two years, I found something disturbing on my bank balance: even though I had approved the purchases (via the Microsoft Store) in the Euro currency, about 22 transactions had shown up in my bank account in GB£ with the necessary currency fee being charged by my bank. (I only noticed this some time later when G5E started offering inducements to make these purchases directly with them as opposed to via a third-party (Microsoft Store) and when I DID make a trial purchase the G%E site offered the transaction ONLY in either US$ or GB£, which didn't suit me at all!) I checked with Microsoft and confirmed that the transaction authorised by me had been in Euro. I even accessed my purchase history. All of this confirmed that I had selected Euro purchases but somehow this meant GB£ deductions from my bank account + the survice charge. I contacted G5E and after NUMEROUS requests to start my complaint from scratch (I STRONGLY believe the primary customer service response I had with a "Victoria" was in fgact a "bot" which used this tactic to dissuade people from processing any real complaint), I eventually got my message through, only to be told that they were not responsible...Almost a year after I started! Then I stumbled accross a website where I found another customer making the same complaint....refusal to grasp the nature of the complaint, constatntly restarting the complaint procedure, closing the complaint prematurely over and over, eventually resulting in the complainant stopping and giving up. So, I contacted them again, provided receipts from my bank account, showed my purchase history from Microsoft Store, all of which pointed to G5E deceptively, in my opinion, chosing to demand the fees via GB£ (initially when I contactyed them, they DID seem to have some difficulty in understanding that I was in the Republic of Ireland not the UK!). Eventually, about 1 month ago after demanding that this complaint be addressed to a manager or supervisor within the company, I got a "It's your fault for not noticing the prioces were in GB£ and we are not responsible...sorry...go away now!" type of answer. What REALLY irritates me is that the amount that I am out of pcket is only about Eur30 or so, and the amount of purchases I made was easily in the hundreds of Euros - they could have been the bigger poarty here and just agreed to make an ex gratia payment. But no! I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND not making pourchases with this company as, since my problems have arisen, I have found dozens if not hundreds of dissatisfied customers, who received no satisfaction and who have a very bad taste left in their mouths from dealing with VERY UNHELPFUL customer services agents and/or bots.
