Unless Lextons is advertising your dream home pass them by
It is good to find an Estate Agent that likes to do things face to face and not use the phone. So much so that they refuse to answer the phone or return calls. This agent also leaves properties for sale on Rightmove even when they are under offer which makes it a waste of time looking at their adverts only to be told the property is under offer. This practice makes me ignore Lextons when I am looking to buy and if I ever made an offer on a property to know that they are still advertising it does not inspire me with commitment to the purchase. Unless Lextons is advertising your dream home pass them by as there are other more committed agents out there. And as a vendor why go to an agent that does not answer the phone to prospective buyers – a waste of time and money. Lextons need more professional staff and better customer service. BEING UNABLE TO LOCATE MY RECORDS IS YET ANOTHER ISSUE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND ADDS TO MY REVIEW ABOVE. I WOULD SAY AVOID BUT THEY ALREADY DO THIS BY NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE
