The reply from the head of My Cruises Air staff is insulting and stupid !

Unfortunately, the option to give My Cruises 0 stars is not available. The eventual email reply from head of the My Cruises Air (flights) department regarding a number of travellers missing a connecting flight, (via emails we have sent during & after the most un-enjoyable fly/cruise holiday I have ever experienced), as all his other staff member’s replies, was ridiculous. Some members stated that we were the only ones who missed the connection flight while an email we received a week later acknowledged that there was a significant number of passengers that missed the connection and that they were looking into it in case it affected the return flights. In regards to the issue of the return flights being automatically cancelled because we missed the last flight leaving home, we never received any confirmation that the flights to return home were still valid. Meanwhile, during the whole holiday we were trying to arrange an earlier first flight home to avoid a repeat of missing the connection between the short first flight and second / third much longer flights where again there was insufficient time allowed to successfully transfer to another flight with a another airline which involved, again as at Oslo, where we had to wait to collect our luggage then check it in again after passing out, then in again, through security checkpoints. To constantly repeat that there WAS sufficient time to transfer between flights is just plain stupid when there WAS NOT sufficient time as everyone on the late arriving Qatar flight to Oslo missed the SAS flight to Tromso. And to finally point out that we should have waited at Oslo for assistance from the airlines involved is just another insult to us. All of us stranded at Oslo contacted both SAS, the missed airline & Qatar asking for help, only to be told by Qatar that they would happily book as all on a flight the next day at the same time at our cost, when there was another airline departing soon that allowed all the stranded travelers time to arrive at their pre-arranged accommodations only a few hours late. As far as SAS were concerned they waited 7 minutes, even though the Qatar flight was 15 minutes late. But they made no effort to assist the group of passengers to check in their bags & board before the Tromso flight departed. Plus we would have been up for more cost in accommodation & transport in Oslo, when we had already paid for transport & accommodation in Tromso. Also, to repeatedly say insurance will cover the costs and then completely ignore our request for assistance in making a successful claim, only shows how little anyone at My Cruises cares about their customers after they have got their money.
